From the countryside to product leadership

I was born and raised in the countryside of Brazil and moved to the capital 16 years ago. Since then I have worked across very different industries, growing through every role on the way, from assistant to design lead.

Since 2018 my focus has been technology: helping businesses create products that genuinely solve real problems. Before tech I worked closely with marketing and commercial teams, creating everything from campaigns to internal communication materials, always in one consistent brand language. Understanding people is what drives me, and it is also what led me to study neuroscience and human behavior alongside design.

Outside of work I love long conversations, exploring parks and watching documentaries. Feel free to reach out, or just send me a great movie recommendation.

Selected work

Complex challenges, intuitive products

Every project here follows the same approach: take a complex challenge and turn it into something intuitive that grows the business. From a customer monitoring center for a leading energy company to finance dashboards and consumer mobile apps. Different industries, one standard: interfaces that solve technical problems and leave users satisfied.

How I work

Design that answers to business results

Strategy before screens

The request that arrives is rarely the problem worth solving. I start by finding what is, so the team invests effort where it pays off.

Evidence over opinion

Research and behavioral data settle debates that taste never will. Decisions get made faster and stay made.

Systems that scale

Design systems and clear patterns keep quality consistent long after my engagement ends. You keep the value.

Leadership that unblocks

As a design lead I set direction, remove obstacles and develop the designers around me. Teams ship better, with or without me in the room.
