A white-label banking platform that lets companies run payments and benefits for their employees. There is a management panel for the company and an app for the person using it.

Bankly splits into two fronts: a panel where companies administer payments and benefits, and an app where employees actually use them. Two very different audiences, and one experience that needs to feel coherent for both.
I worked as a Senior Product Designer across both fronts, the company panel and the employee app. A big part of the work happened in the workflows behind the screens, where most of the real friction lived.

The drop in service time came from design and workflow optimization. We removed friction where the support teams actually worked, not just where it showed. And the strongest validation came from the market itself. The product was interesting enough that the fintech ended up acquired by a larger Brazilian bank.
